It shipped in less than a week and is stellar quality! The colors are amazing and it’s easily adjustable but without loosening up/falling off!

Frequently asked questions
How long does domestic shipping take?
For domestic orders (USA only), in general it can take 3-7 business days to reach a U.S. destination for standard mail. If delays occur, it will be noted in tracking, and no further action can be done by us or USPS staff. Please contact us if you see delays in tracking, and we will try to help as best we can.
If you would like expedited shipping, please see our options at checkout, as we offer a few upgrades for faster shipping!
Please note that Express Mail is "guaranteed" to take 1-3 days by USPS, or they will refund a *portion* of your shipping money back. We are happy to file claims on behalf of customers. "Guarantees" may *not* apply during holidays - please check USPS.com before upgrading to Express.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipments generally arrive in 2-4 weeks, depending on location.
In rare cases, deliveries can take much longer due to processing-, customs-, and/or inspections-related delays outside of U.S. post offices.
These delays are out of our control. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for these rare cases of delayed international deliveries and be aware of this possibility when ordering. It is advised not to expect the arrival of a package by a certain date because international transit times are generally unpredictable. We are not responsible for any international customs fee, import duties, VAT charge, or additional taxes that may apply.
What is your return policy?
All of our sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We assume no responsibility for the mishandling of our products after they've been delivered. Please be sure to read this FAQ section for our suggestions on jewelry/accessory care.
Please Note: Colors may appear differently on various screens depending on the user's device. If you have any specific questions or concerns on color/product features, please contact us prior to purchase, as our sales are final.

How long does it take before orders are shipped?
All orders are made/shipped within 1-3 business days (check individual listings for specific processing times) via USPS First Class Mail.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. After packages are accepted by USPS, transit times can vary, and are completely out of our control. We are not responsible for any transit delays that may occur by USPS.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Shipments will be made to the customer's listed Etsy shipping address, and it's the buyer's responsibility to make sure the address is complete/correct. We are *not* responsible if packages are undeliverable due to address errors.
For packages marked "return to sender," buyers have either the option to get a refund on the product (minus the original shipping charge), or have the product resent for an additional fee. If buyers request a refund, the package must first be received by us and marked "delivered" to our address by USPS tracking. We'll always work with you to find a solution!
What if my package was marked "delivered," but I never got it?
Please give USPS a few extra days to either correct any mistakes that were made in the tracking system, or for them to catch up to packages that may have been prematurely marked "delivered." In most cases, these packages will show up within 4-10 days.
At this time, we are unable to replace packages marked "delivered" in tracking, especially if possibly lost/stolen. For extra protection, please purchase shipping insurance (available at checkout) if mail theft or misplacement has occurred often in your area. Insurance covers losses/damages/theft, but not losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Insurance must be issued at the time of order/shipment. If you have any questions about getting insurance at checkout, please reach out!
Do you have any jewelry care suggestions?
Absolutely :). Please treat your jewelry with love & care ♥. Our products are not recommended for children under 10 years old.
In general, to prolong the plating/finish appearance on jewelry chains and components, it is advised not to get the plated jewelry wet, and not to wear plated jewelry while playing sports. Jewelry plating will usually wear off over time, even on 14k gold-plated chains or "gold-filled" chains. There are steps, however, that people can take to prolong the plating finish/appearance. Plating on chains and other jewelry components should last a long time if proper care is taken.
